Received some new items in the mail today, chief among them being a new Bluetooth USB adapter for my comp! You know, I’ve never actually used Bluetooth before b/c I never needed to, but I’d like to give it a try now that I’m doing some Android development.

I received my latest order from Amazon today, and it’s a mix of jazz CDs and manga. Yes, manga. As in the manga that I haven’t bought in ~2 years or so. Is this the start (er, continuation) of one of my old hobbies? Who knows!

And I’m talking about manga. I’ll admit it: I read all my manga online, and don’t buy the hard copies. Meaning I’m a pirating douche-bag. But here’s the thing: if the major publishers in Japan were to unite and create an online pay service at a reasonable price (~$30 a month/year), I’d be all over it. It’s weird, but whereas I insist on having a hard copy of the music I buy (which is all the music I listen to), I’d much prefer a soft copy for manga, especially now that tablets are growing in popularity.
Just my 2¢.

After what seemed like weeks, we finally got some rain both last night and today. In fact, it rained so much that the nearly dried-up pond behind our house filled right back up.
